Irani Dum Tea

Ingredients

Full cream milk  1 cup

Condensed Milk 3 Tbspn

Water 3 Cups

Sugar 1 Tbspn (optional)

Tea powder 4 Tspn

Method

In thick bottom vessel add milk and condensed milk mix well then put on slow heat stirring at regular intervals do not allow cream,  malai to set on top) till milk is reduced to half quantity.

Simultaneously add water in another vessel , add tea powder and keep on medium flame,  when come to boil cover with deep lid and pour some water in the lid and to cook in it’s own steam for 10-12 minutes,

For serving pour 1/4  cup of reduced milk in the serving cup and add strained black tea decoction 3/4 cup,  Milk and black tea decoction should be at boiling point when getting mixed
